Web based support desk - manned from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday UK Local Time

Abaca’s online support desk enables customers to log their queries, simply and directly, to a centralised system where a dedicated team of Customer Support Advisors monitor progress and implement corrective action plans for priority problems.

Escalation of urgent problems

System failure - we aim to restore and recover within one hour subject to the severity of any hardware failure or power outage.

Remote support

By using TeamViewer, the easy to use desktop sharing tool, we can investigate customer problems firsthand. We can also provide remote training should it be required.

Onsite training and support

Onsite training is provided by Abaca’s highly qualified team of implementation & training consultants. Our consultants have a wealth of experience from working within the corrugated packaging industry for many years.
